Founded by Natalie Schultz-Kahwaty, a passionate teacher with 30 years of experience, a PhD in Behavioral Psychology, a Masters degree from NYU in Higher Dance Education, and a current professor at Rutgers University, our Zoom classes are tailored for adults with movement disorders, Autism spectrum disorders, and mobility challenges.
Dance classes on Zoom offer a fantastic solution for individuals with movement disorders or autism, providing a safe and comfortable environment to explore the joy of movement at their own pace. These virtual sessions eliminate the stress of traveling to a physical location, allowing participants to engage from the comfort of their homes. This adaptability fosters an inclusive atmosphere where everyone can experience the therapeutic benefits of dance without feeling overwhelmed, making it an ideal option for softly enhancing physical coordination and social interaction skills.
